Returns

We're sorry to hear that the item you ordered is not to your liking.

Here are the steps for returning your item.

You can go to your customer area, on your order and request a return.
Then, return the items by registered post within fifteen days of the delivery date in their original packaging to the following address:

Items must be returned with their original labels, without them the item will be refused.
Items will be refunded to the same method of payment used for the order.
Items returned in a condition that does not allow them to be remarketed by DIEGA as new will not be refunded or exchanged and will be returned by post.

The return is at the customer's expense.
